Product Terms and Conditions


These Product Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be decided only by the Malaysian courts.

If any of these Product Terms & Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms & Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This KL Fish Market Website is owned and operated by KL Fish Market Sdn. Bhd. (“KL Fish Market”).

Please read these Product Terms & Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which KL Fish Market makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").



KL Fish Market reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your use of our KL Fish Market Website following such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.



KL Fish Market reserves the right to change and amend the price of the products without prior notice. Price can be constantly changing due to daily supply and demand. However, we will always honour the price at the point of sale.



When requesting goods by weight, KL Fish Market reserves the right to supply goods with a weight difference. However KL Fish Market shall make every effort to ensure the weight difference is minimal and as close to customer’s request. All seafood delivered to customers can experience a weight loss of 15% to 20% as a result of scales and gut removal.


Products sold on KL Fish Market Website are subject to availability. A full refund will be made in the event of product unavailability.



KL Fish Market reserves the right to deliver to the shipping address. In the event of delivery failure due to customers’ unavailability, second attempt delivery will be made on the next delivery day scheduled for the week. Failure to receive the delivery on second attempt, KL Fish Market reserves the right not to refund the money, and goods shall not be retrievable.

Upon receiving customers order, all deliveries are usually made within 3-5days. Our dedicated team will be contacting with customers to confirm the orders and delivery date. Currently deliveries are only made within klang valley. If you are located outside of klang valley and wish to make a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for further information.


Return/ Refund policy

Products sold are inspected by our dedicated team for quality assurance.

For products related issues, kindly contact our customer service and please provide us:

  2. Document of proof of purchase

We do not accept any return of products sold to customers. But if there is a case where faulty on orders or any products related issues please contact our customer service immediately. So that once the issues is recognised and confirmed by us, we can issue to you in store credit with a time frame validity to be use on next purchase.
